I normally bring along my own computer. There are some things however, I would appreciate obtaining at your site. If you have trouble locating any of these items please let me know and I can work out an alternative.

I plan to show a PowerPoint presentation and will supply my own computer (VGA out). It is hoped that you would have a video projector and screen. If that is not possible I can bring one along, but would like to discuss options available via (bhughes@toysrbob.com) or phone (425) 828-6340. Depending on the audience size, one or two microphones: A lavaliere microphone would be appreciated if more than 50 people are expected. If over 70 attend, an additional floor stand mic would also be appreciated to amplify some computer audio. One large screen (7 ft x 7 ft or larger) will be needed to project the PowerPoint presentation. One table for my computer and the video projector. Depending on the audience size, one or two microphones: A lavaliere microphone would be appreciated if more than 50 people are expected. If over 200 attend, an additional floor stand mic would be appreciated. Access to an electrical outlet (110 V) for the computer and the projection unit. I would like to have at least 60 minutes to set up and check out equipment prior to the presentation. Access to the room the night before or early in the morning before attendees arrive would also work. Thirty minutes to tear down and pack up would also be appreciated. On occasion I will use NetMeeting or iChat to add another expert in the field to the discussion. Access to the Internet via a high speed connection would be needed if we agree that would broaden the presentation. If two way video (like NetMeeting or iChat) is planned, port forwarding or a “visible IP” is needed. My experience has been that Proxy Servers and Firewalls will occasionally prevent the IP address from working properly. Ports that need to be open and available are typically: (TCP) 7648, 7649, 1503, 5222,5223 - (UDP) 7648, 7649, 24032.
